Looking for strong Swedish links

I am about to launch a Swedish online gallery mynewart.se. I want it to rank well in the search engines and therefor I am looking for Swedish links of high quality.

If you have access to strong links (at least ahref +40) feel free to send me a message.

The links have to be permanent links with no annual fees. Just a one time payment.

I want to rank: tavlor, abstrakt konst, stora tavlor etc.
