Petvetbook is looking for a Head of Marketing in Helsinki, Finland or Stockholm, Swed

DESCRIPTION

We seek a Head of Marketing to take overall responsibility for our marketing activities. In this role you are in charge of user acquisition and retention, ensuring that we understand and exceed the needs of our pet-owning customers. Brand development, business-to-business customers and competitors are naturally also on your radar screen. You manage marketing activities across corporate partnerships, digital media, events and public relations.

As our environment is in constant growth and change, you need to be a flexible and independent self-starter, willing to learn and strive for continuous improvement. You need to have world-class knowledge of digital marketing tools, significant experience with partner co-marketing, strong entrepreneurial drive and great communication skills. Process and project management capabilities are required and hands-on experience with consumer research is a significant plus.

We operate globally and our key personnel travel regularly to meet customers and attend events all over the world. International experience and English language expertise are required, including excellent written, spoken, presentation and public appearance communication skills.

Previous experience in the pet products and services industry is a significant benefit, as well as being a loving pet owner yourself.

Additional requirements

Masters/MBA in marketing and communications, or equivalent experience
Proven track record (>7 years) in managing marketing activities and optimizing ROI
Significant, hands-on experience with digital marketing solutions and related tools, including SEO/SEM, affiliate networks, e-mail, social media and app stores
Experience with development of corporate brand and identity
Experience with consultative solution sales in the customer interface
Experience with product marketing, customer requirements management and competitive analysis
