The Central Marketing Team in Schibsted Classified Media is starting a centralized performance marketing unit (nicknamed ´Project Ava´). The unit is devoted to optimal results, competence creation, and innovation within marketing technology.

We combine high quality marketing management with strategic consulting and provide an unbeatable and sustainable online marketing service to our various local brands. As a global team serving organisations from the Dominican Republic to Belarus, we are used to travel and diverse challenges.

Team member

As an important team member, you have to be as curious and passionate about digital advertising as we are. We need you to be able to undertake long term visions as well as executing strategic and tactical information into great campaigns. You are hands-on, love to use data to solve marketing issues and you are more than comfortable with numbers and calculations. We need you to communicate well and like to share your knowledge. We also count on you to be humble and wanting to learn.

We are a small team with massive challenges - you have to be entrepreneurial at heart and be independent, hardworking, and not afraid to try new things.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and optimise online campaigns (search, display, and social media)
• Define, analyse and present performance marketing
• Evaluate the state of online advertising landscape and apply latest innovations
• Interact with marketing managers around the world

Experience & education

• Minimum 3 years in paid marketing
• Generalist but with expertise among one of these marketing disciplines: Google Adwords, social media marketing, programmatic or app marketing.
• Bachelor minimum

Tools and skills

• Strong Excel & Powerpoint
• Fluent English + another language - written and verbally
• Economics or Mathematical background

• Online advertising - Adwords, FB Ads, Twitter Ads, Appnexus, Criteo
• Cross-platform advertising tools - Makemereach, Kenshoo
• Analytics tools - Google Analytics, AT Internet, Mixpanel
• Tracking - Tealium, Appsflyer, Google Tag Manager
• Web Intelligence - Appannie, Alexa, Similar web

Workplace

Stockholm or Barcelona.
