Job Description:
Online Bingo and Casino Company are looking for a Swedish Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive and a Chat Moderator to work from home.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining one-to-one relationships with our customers in Sweden. This will mainly include outbound calling and sending e-mails to ensure regular contact is kept.
We look for a team player, who can proactively approach our customers with a high level of professionalism, tolerance and empathy to ensure optimal outcomes at all times. A proven ability to forge excellent relationships with third parties to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and given priority is essential.
A perfect candidate is an excellent communicator, who can respond to customer questions, obtain customer information or possible customer leads and follow up on initial contacts

Requirements:
You must be a native Swedish speaker
Experience in a similar position (Customer Service or call centre or Chat Host) would be ideal
Good working knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office packages such as word and excel
Ability to do translations
Good copy writing skills would be ideal
Adaptability, resilience, efficiency, energy and initiative
