Looking for a SEO-bureau / freelancer

Hello neighbors (I am Danish) :)

I am looking for recommendations for a good freelancer or a bureau do to my SEO/linkbuilding in Sweden. I already have a decent linkprofile, but it need improvements. I have a big budget, and I wan't someone who have access to strong links. I don't want no-traffic PBNs, but everything else goes.

I am not looking for links with annual/monthly fees (which I see is very common here in Sweden, but almost doesn't exist in Denmark - strange). But I don't want any of that. :)
