Along with the day-to-day activities rolled out within the language team, the role involves communication with dedicated specialist departments such as Design and Development, SEO, eCVR, and Project Management teams. As our Online Marketing Manager for your respective country - you will have the chance to advance to higher responsibilities within the Company.

Your Responsibilities
• Increasing the traffic to the companies’ websites
• Planning and developing effective SEO strategies along with senior management
• Identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners
• Managing the current affiliate base
• Planning and developing display and branding campaigns
• Improve customer retention
• Increase eCVR
• Review and analysis of sites for areas that need improvement
• Identifying new opportunities for the business
• Reporting to senior management

The requirements for the role
• Excellent Swedish language skills (native level or equivalent)
• At least 3 years proven experience in e-commerce
• High understanding of SEO onsite optimisation
• Proven experience in planning or developing off-page strategies
• Knowledge of the most common recruitment techniques in terms of affiliation
• Good understanding of eCVR optimisation
• Proven experience of successful email marketing campaigns
• Experience in the most up-to-date analytical tools (GWT and GA) as well as advanced SEO tools (Searchmetrics, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and development of our strategy for the market in Sweden. Working alongside their language team, you will be supported by specialist departments in order to ensure you have all the relevant tools to succeed in the role.
